We grant a theoretical class where we teach you the jump process and what we are going to do during the whole tour, as well as the safety measures and the processes to follow during the jump.
We board the plane, take off and fly for 25 to 30 minutes, over the bay of Puerto Vallarta until we reach a height of 9500 to 10,000 feet that are approximately 3000 meters above sea level.
At the height of 8500 feet we prepare to make the jump from 9500 to 10,000 feet making a free fall of 40 to 45 seconds, falling at a speed of more than 200 km per hour.
We activate the parachute with a very soft opening, to enjoy 5 to 7 minutes with the parachute open, flying over the sea and landing comfortably on the beach.
The landings are very soft since the parachutes we use are rectangular and it is the most sophisticated that exists today.
After making your first tandem jump you will want to jump one more time or maybe learn to jump alone.
How safe is jumping on a plane?
Our instructors are evaluated, certified and backed by thousands of jumps and our pilots are certified and tested by the DGAC of Mexico SCT. Our skydiving teams are qualified and recognized by the safest and most recognized worldwide www.unitedparachutetechnologies.com. SIGMA is the team we have and use. We also have ADF (automatic activation system) as an additional security measure.
Are physical requirements needed?
A good physical condition always helps in any sport. You cannot dive and then jump. In case of taking any medication consult your doctor.
